This petition is in support of legal charges being brought against Candus Rose Bly a.k.a. "Grandus" of Rodgersville, Tennessee and Grantsburg, Wisconsin.

Based on the following reasons, we request that she be charged for lying to law enforcement and using resources to search for a child who she was directly and indirectly in charge of the day Summer Moon Utah Wells went missing.

On March 1, 2022, Harer told WJHL news crew that Summer Wells got out of the truck on June 15, 2021 but has now retracted that statement. They now state that Summer was unresponsive.

Lying in this manner is against local, state and federal statute.

For the safety of the public in regard to her and her daughter's negligience for Summer Utah Moon Wells on June 15, 2021 and decietful manipulation and extortion campaign against US citizens and those abroad, we ask that you apply law to protect the public.
