Due to one person receiving over twenty thousand dollars in raises in a four-year span being the husband of a manager, we the employees of University of Iowa Health Care, Central Service Technician's sign this petition for equal pay as we do the same work while getting only the average yearly pay increase.

 The Iowa Equal Pay Act is a state law designed to ensure that employees in Iowa are paid equally for doing the same or substantially similar work, regardless of gender or other protected characteristics.
