Hello neighbors,

We wanted to share a quick update on the progress of the petition and what’s happening behind the scenes:

The Consumer Protection Division at the Texas Attorney General’s Office has been emailed with details about the petition.

We also contacted District 19 (which represents Lago Vista) to bring this issue to their attention.

The nonprofit Citizens Defending Freedom has been notified as well.

Media outreach is on hold for now, pending the outcome of our May 24th meeting with the Mayor. We’ll decide on next steps after that conversation.

We’re making real movement — but we still need your help.

Please keep sharing the petition with your neighbors through text, email, social media, Facebook groups, and Nextdoor. Every signature matters.

We also ask everyone to be respectful and neighborly as we move forward. This effort is about clarity, transparency, and accountability, not conflict.
