This petition is initiated by Black Excellence Versatile Agency and the Kings of Real Talk community platform, representing concerned members of the public who value respect, accountability, and ethical leadership in our communities.

Multiple individuals have alleged instances of verbal abuse and insulting behaviour directed at members of the public, including women, on Facebook and other platforms.

As an organisation involved in community work and donation initiatives, the Foundation holds a position of public trust. It is therefore important that all leadership conduct reflects respect, dignity, and accountability.

We are not making legal judgments, but we are calling for transparency and responsible leadership to ensure that the organisation’s reputation and public trust are protected.

We respectfully request that the Foundation:

• Review the reported conduct involving its founder
• Reaffirm or establish a clear code of conduct for leadership
• Take appropriate internal steps to address public concerns
• Ensure accountability measures that protect community trust

We also request that, where appropriate, a public apology or clarification be issued to address concerns raised by members of the public.
