 I have been waiting a callback from Jennifer the ex director at Directions For Living for over a month that’s when I realize she was no longer with the company. I was in contact with Trisha (my case managers supervisor) whom failed to respond to anything for a few weeks. The last conversation she hung up around 4:30 last Thursday texted me “I apologize. The phone cut out and I couldn’t hear anything. ”  I called her every day for three days until she finally responded. The effort was pointless as all she did was hear me out on all issues and concerns and then hang up. My case manager - Jane Fletcher -  randomly came up with the excuse that my make up visit from November  ( which was canceled due to the supervisors car overheating ) Was already made up the day after Christmas. This has never been communicated to me and it has never been the case so I am not sure where my case manager came up with this resolution. At this point it is very obvious that anything that convenience them they are willing to say. If you were to go to civil court most of what they are alleging would be thrown out.  I was advised by my lawyer not to file suit until this case plan is over. The intent of filing suit after the case is to reduce or illuminate the potential retaliation I will receive from the agency.
