Jan. 11th "I believe Jane already answered this question for you about your trip
I have informed our Senior Director of Quality Management about your petition and false claims of a lack of responsiveness
I will no longer be able to respond to your text messages
Please follow the grievance procedure if you have a concern about an employee or the agency it is not appropriate to disparage someone on social media"  

 

None of my questions were answered. All the issues I have run into have resulted in no resolution. On January 20th I decided I would have to go to Eckerd myself. I spoke with the quality assurance specialist Linda and my case is currently under investigation. Also, they have officially started using car seats! I like to see the difference I make...

On Jan. 30th Directives for Living Angela Sutton called to advise amd confirm she would be investigating my case. She promised a call back by Friday.
