Kirk Murdock, therapist at ACTS, falsely accused me of not providing proof of my prescriptions. On April 12, 3019 at 11:23am Mr. Murdock requested I email him a copy of my prescriptions while I was in a therapy session with him. He stated the email with CVS screenshots would suffice. He then turned around and reported I failed to provide any prescriptions at all. It was held against me in court, although I have a copy of the sent email.
