directions for Living / Eckerd director: Jennifer fails to respond

"I have been waiting all week for a response from you, jane or janes supervisor. I havnt heard anything on SA eval, the reason im allowed to be around all of the caretakers children/babies except mine, What the issue was with my daughters dental appointment/sealants & filling (she has needed for over a year), why are the children being transported without vehicle safety seats and when will my visit that was canaceled from november (because the supervisors car stopped working in on her way to mcdonalds) will be rescheduled. Jasmine/the supervisor hasnt replied to my about todays visits either."

Apparently I may not get to see my kids this week...
