My public defender or court-appointed Regional counsel has emailed me and advised me to have a lawyer review my petition as it contains things that can be held against me in court. I don't understand why if he is my lawyer he cannot tell me what the problem is. It appears as if he is with the opposing party/against me. Regional counsel is a terrible joke.
