To Indiana Fever Ownership and Management,

We, the undersigned Indiana Fever fans, Caitlin Clark supporters, and basketball fans, are calling on Indiana Fever ownership to take immediate action regarding the leadership and direction of this franchise.

We believe the current coaching approach under Stephanie White is failing to maximize the talent of this roster and is preventing the team from reaching its full potential.

Our concerns include:

Failure to properly utilize Caitlin Clark, the franchise player and face of the organization.
Failure to maximize the strengths of the team's star players and core roster.
Rotation decisions that frequently remove players from games when they are hot, in rhythm, and helping the team succeed.
Using Caitlin Clark off the ball too often instead of allowing her to lead the offense and create opportunities for teammates.
A system that appears more focused on defense while failing to consistently produce strong defensive results.
An offensive approach that does not match the strengths of the roster.
Coaching decisions that many fans believe disrupt momentum and confidence.
A style of play that does not fit Caitlin Clark's strengths as one of the best offensive players and playmakers in basketball.
Concerns that players are not being put in the best position to succeed.
Concerns about the number of injuries that have occurred during Stephanie White's tenure.
Caitlin Clark is not just another player. She is the franchise player, one of the most important athletes in women's basketball, and the player around whom this team should be built.

Fans have invested their time, money, and passion into supporting this organization because of the exciting future that this roster represents. We believe that future is being held back by a coaching philosophy that does not fit the strengths of the team's best players.

We are asking Indiana Fever ownership to make a decision as soon as possible.

Either:

Fire Stephanie White and hire a coach whose system prioritizes the strengths of Caitlin Clark and the team's core players; or
If the organization is unwilling to build around Caitlin Clark and maximize her talents, allow her the opportunity to play for a team that fully values her abilities and is committed to putting her in the best position to succeed.
This petition is not about personal attacks. It is about accountability, team performance, and the future of the Indiana Fever.

We believe the organization must choose between continuing with a coaching approach that many fans believe is limiting the team, or embracing a new direction that puts the franchise player and the team's success first.

The Indiana Fever cannot afford to waste the prime years of a generational talent.

Ownership must act now.

Fire Stephanie White or allow Caitlin Clark to join an organization that will fully value and maximize her talent.
