Petition: End Visa Discrimination Against Serbia, Bosnia, and North Macedonia – Grant Visa-Free Travel to the UK!

 

 

 

In the 21st century, freedom of movement should be a fundamental right, not a privilege granted selectively. While citizens of most European countries can travel, work, and live freely across the continent, citizens of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia still face outdated visa restrictions when visiting the United Kingdom.

 

 

 

It is unacceptable that hardworking, educated, and progressive people from these nations must navigate bureaucratic hurdles and costly visa processes just to visit the UK for tourism, business, or family reunions. Meanwhile, their neighbors from other European countries enjoy unrestricted access.

 

 

 

The UK should align with modern European travel policies and grant visa-free entry for short stays to Serbian, Bosnian, and Macedonian citizens, just as it does for many other non-EU countries. The current system is discriminatory and does not reflect the strong cultural, economic, and historical ties between these nations and the UK.

 

 

 

We demand an end to this unfair treatment and call on the UK government to implement visa-free travel for citizens of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia immediately!
