PETITION: DEMAND FOR ANSWERS ON OUTSTANDING STUDENT MATTERS

SUBJECT: DEMAND FOR ANSWERS REGARDING OUTSTANDING STUDENT CARDS, NATED TEXTBOOKS AND NSFAS ALLOWANCES
We, the undersigned students of South Cape TVET College – Beaufort West Campus, hereby submit this petition to express our concern regarding outstanding student cards, NATED textbooks and NSFAS allowances.

These outstanding matters are affecting students and making it difficult for us to continue with our studies without unnecessary challenges.

We respectfully but firmly demand that the College Management and relevant offices provide students with clear answers and a plan to resolve these matters before 03 September 2026.

OUR DEMANDS
The immediate issuing of outstanding student cards.
The provision of outstanding NATED textbooks and learning materials.
Clear answers regarding outstanding NSFAS allowances.
A clear explanation of the reasons for the delays.
A clear timeframe indicating when these outstanding matters will be resolved.
Proper communication between Management and affected students regarding the progress of these matters.
We believe that students have the right to receive proper communication and clarity regarding matters that directly affect their education.

We therefore demand answers before 03 September 2026.

We call upon the relevant authorities to take this petition seriously and address the concerns of the affected students urgently.
