Daybreak Games - You have left many of its players frustrated (free,premium and paid subscribers). 

Your servers have crashed or became very laggy to the point that characters are stuck. Your game is full of bugs and became unplayable. Your response time is very slow or at all no respond, and most issues never seem to be fixed. 

Daybreak Games you are ruining the game and many of its players' gaming experience by keeping the game in this state. Players feel that they are scammed, as a lot of time and money are wasted, this matter should be taken into your attention. Development of the game is truely slow as much as it is possible. You introduce things like ''Weapon Mastery & Advanced Mechanic'' without opinion of the community, which smashed every aspect of this game, especially PvP. In general, our opinion does not count here, despite the fact that we pay and play.

Edit: Even your ex-employees seem to think that Daybreak is defunctional and some even agrees to some of the complains made by customers.

- Daybreak you seem oblivious to the idea that a well-advertised ''pseudo - free to play'' game will attract paying players. It seems addicted to the malady of small “get rich quick” schemes that invest in poorly designed browser games and suck customers dry before they become aware of the ploy.

You guys seem to think that you are invincible and do not care much about your players as you will still earning our money by continuing this kind of service. Locking honest and constructive posts on the forum is unacceptable. Banning people for expressing own opinion about the game at the forum, twitter, fb is immature. Your forum is overflowing of complaints. Most of this people were permanently banned, despite the fact that they wanted good for the game, then threads were locked. You Developers' seems to be deaf on the requests of people about ''fix the game''. People want changes, so please listen to them and do it, do not ignore. 

- Developers certainly you noticed that population fell. You realize this fact that the game is slowly becoming empty. You know that server eupc is completely deserted. How you can turn a blind eye to this. Continuing further this kind of service, next will be eups,uspc and usps, finally you will have to close the game.

Edit: Please Consider PvP content, its absolutely destroyed. Completely neglected and lack of development in this direction. Although its a part of the game, isn't taken into your attention. Please change your approach for this game, or give away the game to other Company.

Changes are required and something must be done.
