This issue continues to demand attention, and if raised in the House of Representatives, we have another critical opportunity to address the serious concerns surrounding the visit. Despite our meeting with the Dutch Human Rights Ambassador, Wim Geerts on 6/2/2025, we remain steadfast in our efforts to call for the reconsideration of, and raise concerns about the Dutch royal state visit to Kenya planned for 18th of March 2025.
We’ve been invited to present our petition, now with over 22,400 signatures, next week in the House of Representatives. This is a key moment for us to continue amplifying our message, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to engage directly with decision-makers. The Commission for Foreign Trade will also be in attendance, and this provides another critical platform to raise our concerns.
We’ve already achieved several key victories in this campaign:
