We, the undersigned property owners in Baabdat, respectfully call upon the Municipality of Baabdat and the competent Urban Planning Authorities to terminate the proposed zoning changes concerning:

1. The establishment of the MYUT entertainment project on Zone E, Parcel No. 1143, in Baabdat.
2. The authorization of tourist establishments within a section of Zone E in the Baabdat real estate area.

These proposed changes directly affect the zoning framework, future development and character of the area, and consequently the legitimate interests of property owners in Baabdat.

We believe that any modification to the existing zoning regulations should be carefully assessed in terms of its impact on the surrounding properties, infrastructure, traffic, environment, quality of life and the long-term development of Baabdat, and be part of a general master plan of the village.

OUR REQUEST

We therefore respectfully request that the Municipality of Baabdat and the competent Urban Planning Authorities:

* Oppose and terminate the proposed zoning changes described above;
* Maintain the existing zoning regulations applicable to Zone E;
* Ensure that any future proposed modification to the existing zoning regulations is subject to proper consultation, considers the interests of the affected property owners and residents of Baabdat, and is part of a general master plan of the village.

This petition represents the collective position of property owners with a direct interest in Baabdat and the affected area.

By signing this petition, we formally express our opposition to the proposed changes and request that our position be taken into consideration by the competent authorities.

We respectfully ask the Municipality of Baabdat and the Urban Planning Authorities to protect the existing zoning framework and the long-term interests of Baabdat and its property owners.
