We, the undersigned, call on HOTWORX Corporate to immediately reinstate the 2-month cancel policy.

 


This policy gave members fair flexibility while ensuring studios had the stability needed to operate successfully. Its removal on December 16, 2024 has already caused major financial losses for franchisees across the country.

Adjustment for Accuracy: To account for defaults and early cancels ($99 fee before 6 months), we conservatively reduce these totals by 10%, which still leaves devastating losses to each studio.
