We are friends and family of Mr Albert Obazee (LANDLORD) Enadiakhe Aiwansoba (Occupant) who was present and represents Albert Obazee as lawful occupant of the house. Who are hereafter referred to as friends and family of Albert Obazee. We write upon the first petitioners firm instruction to inform the world of a grievous and unlawful attack on Albert Obazee Property located at Redeemed Road Amagba, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria on the 28 May 2025, at about 12:05PM Local time. Attacked was unleashed by Tony ADUN aka Kabaka and a gang of about 30 unidentified armed persons.

Tony ADUN Aka Kabaka and his notorious men unleashed destructions on Albert Property and stole valuables. Damages estimated to over 100 million Naira. Attached herein are videos link evidence of threats and damages from Tony ADUN to Albert Obazee and family. Also attached herein is a video of a man beheaded by Tony ADUN cult groups, echoing their slogans.

Albert Obazee parents and siblings are currently in hiding because of the open threats to life by Tony ADUN.

If the appropriate authorities swift into action to apprehend Tony ADUN and immediately investigate him and his notorious men and allow justice to be served. Albert, his family and well meaning Edo people will have peace of mind in the state.
