Petition against Throttle Therapy opening a Motorsports Park and Campground/Recreational Vehicle Park on River Estates Road off of Rocky Ford Road.
We are opposed to the Motorsports Park and Campground/Recreational Vehicle Park at this location. We have already collected and turned in over 200 signatures on paper petitions, and we continue to gather more locally. However, widespread awareness is still low in Powhatan and Amelia Counties. We launched this online petition specifically to reach those area residents who are unaware that this is being proposed.

Our community has significant concerns regarding this project, including:
- Constant noise and environmental impact.
- Inadequate road and bridge infrastructure.
- Increased traffic from oversized vehicles on narrow, winding roads without turning lanes.
- Negative impact on surrounding businesses.
- The lack of a formal business plan.
- Remaining unanswered questions regarding the development.
- Negative email campaigns to divide our community.

We believe this project is a poor fit for our quiet rural and residential community.
