Petition Against the Current Proposed Amendment that would add the definition of Residential Studio Units to the Fairfax County Zoning Code

The Issue

Fairfax County is considering changes to the Zoning Ordinance that would permit, under Special Exception, Residential Studio Units (RSU) of less than 500 sq. ft. floor area, in commercial and all residential areas zoned from R-E to R-30.  Our petition is submitted pursuant to Article I, Section 12 of the Constitution of Virginia, for grievances and redress thereof.
