I: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE & CONTEXT
We, the undersigned citizens, survivors, and international advocates, formally petition the US Government & international bodies to initiate immediate, transparent, and binding investigations into the systematic, extrajudicial human rights violations perpetrated by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its state organs. The bilateral relationship must no longer subvert American security, statutory values, or the safety of Western nationals
بيان الغرض والسياق نحن الموقعين أدناه، من مواطنين وناجين ومدافعين دوليين، نلتمس رسمياً من حكومة الولايات المتحدة والهيئات الدولية الشروع في تحقيقات فورية وشفافة وملزمة في انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان المنهجية وخارج نطاق القضاء التي ترتكبها حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية وأجهزة دولتها. يجب ألا تستمر العلاقات الثنائية في تقويض الأمن الأمريكي، أو القيم القانونية، أو سلامة الرعايا الغربيين

We demands accountability for the transnational repression orchestrated by high-level Saudi operatives, including Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Khalid bin Salman, Saud Al Qahtani, Turki Al-Alshikh, Badr Al-Asaker, Abdulaziz Alhuwirini, Abdulaziz Sager, and Prince Turki Al-Faisal. It further implicates the direct operatives executing these acts on Western soil and inside global corporations, including the "Tiger Squad", as well as convicted or wanted agents Ahmad Abouammo, Ahmed Almutairi (Ahmed Aljbreen), Ali Alzabarah, and Ibrahim Alhussayen. This effort is supported by the exhaustive documentation compiled by the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD), Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, ALQST for Human Rights, Reprieve, Hostages US, Hostages International, Freedom House, the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), the European Saudi Organization for Human Rights (ESOHR), and MENA Rights Group
نطالب بمحاسبة المسؤولين عن القمع العابر للحدود الذي دبره عملاء سعوديون رفيعو المستوى، بمن فيهم ولي العهد محمد بن سلمان، وخالد بن سلمان، وسعود القحطاني، وتركي آل الشيخ، وبدر العساكر، وعبد العزيز الهويريني، وعبد العزيز صقر، والأمير تركي الفيصل. وتدين العريضة أيضاً العملاء المباشرين الذين ينفذون هذه الأعمال على الأراضي الغربية وداخل الشركات العالمية، بما في ذلك "فرقة النمر"، بالإضافة إلى العملاء المدانين أو المطلوبين أحمد أبو عمو، وأحمد المطيري (أحمد الجبرين)، وعلي الزبارة، وإبراهيم الحصين. ويحظى هذا الجهد بدعم التوثيق الشامل الذي أعده الفريق العامل المعني بالاحتجاز التعسفي التابع للأمم المتحدة ، ومنظمة العفو الدولية، وهيومن رايتس ووتش، ومنظمة القسط لحقوق الإنسان، ومنظمة ريبريف، ومنظمة رهائن الولايات المتحدة، ومنظمة الرهائن الدولية، ومنظمة فريدوم هاوس، ولجنة حماية الصحفيين، والمنظمة الأوروبية السعودية لحقوق الإنسان ، ومجموعة منّا لحقوق الإنسان
