Currently an injured worker can have help from a lawyer or non legally qualified advocate (Independent Registered Agent). The WA state government want to take away your right of choice and you will be compelled to use a lawyer at significantly higher cost. Even if you are a union member you will in all likelihood be referred to a lawyer.

This is not about union bashing or lawyer bashing. It is about you retaining a right of choice. The McGowan government want to force you to use a lawyer or be unrepresented

This is not fair.
