Dear Sir and every one.

I am UY VAN VU came to Brisbane late 2008 to studied cookery course ( HTA College ). after that i was told through an introduction that there was a restaurant in Cairns could do the sponsorship for me. we went there and talked to the owner. i worked there for a few years and realized that place was not safe for me to be devote for. and this business is sorted out by the ATO last year. 

I went back to Brisbane to work for the PHUC DELI VIET in westend ( Mantle Group ). talked to the owner and she agreed to do my case. and visa was locked in, been involving to this business for nearly 2 years now. Suddenly two days ago i got a call by CHRO to the office, they placed in front of me with my 6 behaviour at work which they heard from some one else. then they chatted to me for about 4 minutes then asked me to respond the 6 points out to them on the same day. i came back with all my explainations about  all those 6 points are not correct. and i got evidences for what they asked. they did not say anything to me and asked me to come back they will keep in touch with me soon. and next day was the oppointment next. i stepped in and the CHRO passed me a termination letter, but i did not take it and said to him if company does it in this way is unright and unlawful too. 

So i stepped out heading home to write this on public to help me out as got a son was born in Brisbane for 5 year old now. we are baddly need your help out there. Because there is only 28 days left for us to leave Australia for good. so please help us. we need it
