Withdraw Roaccutane (acne medication) from sale in Australia

The Issue

Roaccutane has been directly linked to severe mental health issues and suicides. Yet, in Australia it continues to be used as a normal way to respond to breakouts of acne. It has been  withdrawn from sale in the United States, following a number of successful lawsuits. This drug is evidently not safe in it's current usage and this MUST NOT CONTINUE!

I have started this petition following a number of close friends who used this drug and suffered adverse side effects of depression and suicidal thoughts. It has also been reported frequently in the media of cases of suicide related to Roaccutane. By signing this petition you will help stop people unknowingly suffering these severe and fatal effects.
