19th of May was the day my life changed, I gave birth to a gorgeous babygirl. She was 2 and a half weeks early weighing 6lb exactly, she had a mark on her head which we thought nothing off because the paedatrician checked her over at the hospital. Community midwife came round the day after to do normal checks, she told us to go back to the hospital and to pack bags as wed be in there for a while. Off we go to the hospital, they accussed us of harming our little princess. My world changed from that day. We stayed in hospital for a week, she suffered from retinal hemorages in both eyes and a subdural hemorage. Me and my partner was a mess that week, how can someone possibly accuse us of this? Yes, its their job to do so but in this case it was an assumption based on no evidence. Were still going through court proceedings, weve got 3 independant medical experts to see if theres evidence of a Non Accidental Injury. And its came back that the "non accidental injury" was actually a natural injury due to the build up of pressure during the birth process, which 2 out of the 3 experts confirm! So why have they still got our baby?! They're also trying to make a placement order for "Neglect" which is so unfair and has barely made the threshold even with the LAs spin theyve put on it, we have everything for our daughter. Just sat in our house waiting for her to come home. Me, my partner and both sides of our family are heartbroken about what is happening. Weve been assessed, seen the contact notes and theyre on a whole positive? I just want her home.. Where she belongs
Waking up during the night to see her smile, trips to the park & too the zoo. Watching her grow has all been taken away from a false allegation.
Please please help get our daughter back..
