Third grade students are expected to test for over ten hours, up from around three hours last year. Teachers are forced to "teach the test" for months ahead of time, a misuse of their time. Schools that don't perform well have funding and programs cut, these schools are in the most need. Accountability is one thing, but this is unreasonable.
