Instead of shutting down this monstrosity of a pet store in Roseville, Minnesotta, the USDA Animal Care Association has simply "checked in" on the owner, Gerald Papineau. Please sign this petition and help me attract the attention of PETA, or anyone else that might be able to help permanently close this disgusting establishment, and free all the animals this monster is abusing.
