My pit bull dog was shot in the head by my neighbor who came out his house to the end of the driveway and shot my dog. 

He told the police he felt like his life was threatened but he was at home. My dog was walking down the street and my neighbor purposely came out his home with a gun and shot my dog in the head. 

How is your life threaten when he approached my dog and shot him in the head attempting to kill my dog. My dog survived the gun shot but now may be blind in his left eye. 

Where is my dog’s right when he never attacked anyone? 

If my neighbor felt threatened why didn’t he just stay in the house?

He shot my dog in cold blood at the end of his driveway near the street?

Where is my dog’s justice?

My neighbor thinks he is a vigilante or something?
