IELTS test format is very authoritarian in nature. For example, if someone fails one exam then the person have to appear in all modules of exam again. One should be allowed to appear in only failed module but not all of them which makes it very unrealistic and forceful. Many people have very limited financial means so they pay for test again and again and it also also gets very time consuming.
