Fulton County Commissioners refuse to listen to their constituents repeated requests that they allow all dogs brought in to the Fulton County Dog Pound to be transferred to rescues or placed up for adoption based on behavior evaluations and not physical appearance or perceived breed mix. The current discriminatory policy is leading to the death of countless of mixed breed dogs for no reason.
