With esthetician’s being  under the Board of Cosmetology, lets make the playing field fair, with permitting the mobility of Spa’s. 

We are a society of convenience. A time where everything you need can be delivered to your door. Anything from fast food, groceries, cleaning supplies, to books, decorations, furniture, mobile groomers, mobile car detailers, mobile clinics, and even your medicine. In South Carolina, one of the only things you can not have delivered to your home is a mobile spa. June 1st this year gladly it was permitted for barbers to be mobile, with that being said this is good timing for Esthetician’s to not be over looked with this ruling. 

With both following the rules of the state, OSHA, LLR, and EPA we should be given the same ability to be convenient for the client and branch out by being mobile. 

For LLR to regluate we are also in agreement to provide schdeuled movements a month in advanced, and to even have a synced GPS system in unit. 

Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware,  Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska,  Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virgina, and Washington. All are current states that have passed this bill and permitted the ability of mobile spa’s. Lets Jump on this opportunity as a state !

Our hope is to have North Carolina and Georgia to follow shortly after !
