Canadian immigration department has tried the lottery system for the applications to sponsor Parents or Grandparents in 2018. Applicants never liked the system, so they changed it.

This year they came up with new system, where they want applicants to fill the interest to sponsor form. This form suppose to be available at 12 pm of January 28, 2019. Many people try to open the website where they suppose to fill the form but it was keep crashing. Some try to fill it and submit but it was closed at 12:08 pm. It is unfair for us who been waiting for years to apply to Bribrour families here to live together. We want Citizenship and Immigration Canada to open this form again for longer time window with better server that will not crash.
