Hi there, my name is Tal.

I’m originally from Israel.

I am currently living in Canada for 11 years.

I have a Canadian born daughter(8 years old).

over 4 years I suffered in abusive relationship . 

I have a joint custody with my ex husband over the past  6 yeas.

in 2015 my ex spouse withdrew his sponsorship application of me , laying to the immigration that our marriage was a marriage of convenience.

doing everything in his power to illuminate my legal status in Canada.

My ex-husband is trying to separate me from my daughter!

Utilizing the Canadian government as his own tool!

Technically getting me deported. basically kidnapping my daughter from me! 

I am inadmissible in Canada , and require to leave ( without my daughter -she's a Canadian citizen) for a year barred. without the option to visit.

I am I a lot of stress and can't function properly because I am under the threat  of being forced to leave my daughter behind  . 

all I ever did, was making sure, my daughter would have the benefit of both parents in her life. on the same land. and putting my daughter best interest before mine.

I never neglected my status in Canada ,and worked over 6 years to try and fix it.

all my requests fall down on a death ears. 

Immigration denying my applications ,since 2015, and not over looking on the best interest of my child.  

I NEED YOUR HELP !! to change the rules!!!  and maybe help other woman in my position, that succeeded with getting out of an abusive relationships NOT LOSING THEIR CHILDRENS!!! 

And be able to continue with their lives. we all deserve a second chance.
