Per 'The Perfect Puppy' website: "All puppies come vaccinated, have been vetted, and we guarantee their health for two full years". This is their guarantee- I wonder if that would make them legally liable for the harm and damage done to these families. Looking through the comments of people who've signed this petition, you will see a repeating theme- "we bought a puppy from this store and..." People are telling their stories... Multiple Rhode Island families purchased sick puppies and went through the heartbreak of losing their new baby or seeing them suffer in pain...when will Rhode Island listen?
