This petition is a plea to right the wrongs perpetrated on the American People by Pepsi Co. more than 20 years ago. For too long, Americans have suffered an indignity of outrageous proportions.

We were bestowed upon us a light, crisp and refreshing soft drink which, by the miracles of modern science, tasted like regular Pepsi but happened to be clear. America was built on the backs of great ideas like this, and we quickly fell in love with this phenomenon of American ingenuity.

However, due to inhumane secrecy and bureaucracy we were striped of our God-given right to drink an clear soda that had the refreshing, sweet finish of original Pepsi Cola.

We were bestowed a gift. We want that gift back.
