A longtime dream of the student body would come true with the addition of Chick-Fil-A to Pepperdine University's Malibu campus.
Students have consistently expressed a desire for a variation in the food options on-campus. Although many appreciate the Waves Cafe's diversified (and tasty) food options, it still can all start to taste the same after a while. For example, Starbucks in Payson Library is a frequent meal choice for many students when they want to switch things up.

Although Starbucks is a popular meal choice, it does not take away from the Waves Cafe—it compliments campus dining options by adding variety. SGA imagines this will be the case should a Chick-Fil-A come to campus.
