I have been in federal custody since 2000. I went to Trial in 2004 and in 2012 on this charge I sought a 2nd chance in the form of Executive Clemency from the President. I was resentenced in 2017, all to no avail. In my crime, a person died and was taken from their family, friends, and loved ones. For my knowledge & role in this selfish act, I have wholeheartedly and sincerely apologized for all my childish and immature choices and decisions have to all I have hurt from my terrible mistakes. The victims family & friends, my family and all who my decisions have caused pain, I again apologize for my role in this juvenile act. I am asking God to lead me to my freedom through the people who believe in giving a 2nd chance.

     Now that I have options and the determination to succeed with the help of my non-profit organization "HMD" (Helping Meet Demands), I know I'll  be a productive individual to society by teaching & tutoring others from my trials, tribulations, and mistakes I've made through my journey in life. I now look forward to applying myself to being an example of righting my wrong and teaching the youth how to shun from negativity and making better decisions in life from the examples of my story. Change is possible and can be done. Look at me, and hear my testimony. I am living proof.

     I've learned the knowledge & now have the tools From the hundreds of courses & classes I've taken, along with the will and knowledge I've been blessed to receive from God our Heavenly Creator who I prayed to for empathy, I now can be a pillar for society and help change lives as I have done my own. 

     I share information on life, values, living & loving, understanding and respecting your family and  yourself with my kids and friends. I teach information on job fairs,  how to write a Resume, getting the perfect job, and the power of believing in you. I can never correct the mistakes I've made in life, but I pray for forgiveness and hope my deeds are accepted as I right my wrong. Hopefully its a stepping stone by utilizing  the tools which allow me, and made me the man I am today. A changed  man. A man with values & morals. A man with sympathy in his soul who shed tears of sorrow for all who I have caused pain. This time has molded & shaped me into a man many mothers and people would now be proud of. I've done deeds to prove I'm a changed man, but there's more children like the fool I was who still needs help.

     I am proud to say I am a chance worth taking. I yearn to be a productive citizen as an adult (41) and not the nineteen year old abused and abandoned child I use to be, whose choices were persuaded from being lost with my peers and From the youth of my parents when i was conceived.and being immature with no education yes I was destined to fail. 

     But now that I've found God & myself, along with the will to change, I  now know that skies the limit, and will is the power to change. This is my new beginning.  I humbly ask for any and all of your support, and every signatures from those who believe in change. I thank  you all for supporting my 2nd chance. God bless
