Ang online na petisyon na ito ay umaasang mapulsuhan ang suporta at tinig ng bayang Pilipinas sa pagpapanibago at pagpapanatili ng ABS-CBN Media Franchise para sa Masang Pilipino upang muling maipagpatuloy ng pribadong kumpanyang ito ang kanyang kalayaan na makapaghatid ng serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng komunikasyon at lahat ng pamamaraan sa medya na makakaambag sa ikabubuti ng bawat Pilipino.

Ang bawat Pilipinong sumasang-ayon sa petisyon ng online page na ito ay hangad naming mapadalhan ng impormasyon sa hinaharap kung paano makakapirma sa aktuwal na papel ng petisyon na gagamitin sa beripikasyon ng mga pirma sa listahan ng mga botante sa Komisyon sa Halalan (COMELEC).

Dito natin matutunghayan ang sama-samang kapangyarihan ng bawat Pilipino na sinasabi ng ilan ay imposible sa panahon ngayon. Ang pasimulang ito ay may basbas ng Konstitusyon ng Pilipinas na isinusulong ang kolektibong karapatan ng bawat Pilipino sa pagpapanibago ng isang batas. Ito ay tinatawag na "People's Initiative".

Katulad ng ating pambansang bayani na si Gat Jose Rizal, tayo ay mapayapang tumugon sa pagsusulong ng ating mga karapatan sa komunikasyon, pag-unlad at pagboto. Mabuhay ang bawat Pilipino! Mabuhay ang bansang Pilipinas!

This online petition hopes to pulse the support and the voice of the Philippine nation in renewing and in retaining ABS-CBN Media Franchise for the Filipino People so that this private company may gain once again the freedom of delivering service  through communication and all forms of media that may benefit every Filipino people.

We would like to inform in the future every Filipino agreeing to this online petition page about how to make it possible to sign on actual petition paper which will be used for the verification of signature against the list of voters at Commission on Election (COMELEC).

Here we can witness the united power of every Filipino of which some people thought is impossible in the present time. This initiative is vested by the Constitution of the Philippines in pursuing for collective rights of every Filipino in amending a law. This is called the "People's Initiative".
