Millions of families across Texas have been without power and water for 5 consecutive days. ERCOT insists there are rolling outages but there are not, there are only city wide black outs and some people have constant power without breakage or interruptions while other families have not received any type of power. Families are losing lives due to the inconsistencies, incompetence, and lack of leadership.
