Regatta Estates filed a supplemental LUPA petition in Snohomish County Superior Court, challenging Snohomish County PDS’s decision to permit developer Lennar to delete 200 screening trees required by the Hearing Examiner on a 60-foot-high retaining wall and to substitute a much cheaper retaining wall.
