PDS did not approve Ambleside’s first application from December 2019. In August 2021 Ambleside sent in their revised SEPA. Is very much the same as it was and doesn’t address what was rejected before to include the critical areas and fails to reference the Silver Lake fish bearing creek which was known to PDS and WSDOT as early as 2001. Adopt a Stream confirmed this salmonid fish bearing creek in June 2021. PDS and WSDOT were put on notice of this even though they knew about it before.   Ambleside should have known about this at least as of June 2021 before they submitted their revision. In the meantime, citizens do not have online access to PDS files and documents. Along with an overhaul of “development” in Snohomish County, do you agree we also need online access? There’s a whole bunch of other things, too!
