With Frognal, we are still waiting for the bankruptcy court to rule on Lakhani’s Frognal Chapter 11 status.

The County feels that they have all permits necessary to proceed, even though Frognal has not produced a mitigation for its impacts to the Regatta Estates Critical Area/Protection Area (CAPA) and wetland buffer.

AWWD has taken a position that they can issue their permit because the County has not objected.  Short filing a LUPA appeal in Superior Court, and raising $20,000+/-, we are out of options.

Currently in the works: The Ironwood development appeal with a hearing on December 22nd and the Snow Ridge appeal hearing on December 8th starting next Tuesday at 9:00 am.  Below are the links and information of how you can listen in.

There will not be an opportunity for public testimony, but you are certainly encouraged to send e-mails to the Hearing Examiner at hearing.examiner@snoco.org and let him know that you do not want the County issuing permits to a project that will contribute to flooding a State highway and harm local salmon streams.
