Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency's Dr. Ramstrom is abusing her power as a health official by ordering HEALTHY individuals to go on HOUSE ARREST who've been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, under threat of imprisionment and/or a fine for violation of this house arrest order. This is an ABUSE of power by the agency as a whole, and she and her colleagues should resign or be dismissed immediately. This type of abuse of power as a health official under the guide of "public safety"  is a threat to our democracy, constitutional rights and freedom as American people. We will not stand for it! Tell Dr. Ramstrom to RESIGN IMMEDIATELY.
