Sign to request gov funded stray cats & dogs Trap/Neuter/Release program

The Issue

Many people believe it is against God's will to spay/neuter an animal. However many other think it's cruel to leave the animal uncontrollably produce and live miserable lives and die on the streets because of starvation, car accidents and be abuses by humans.

a Trap/Neuter/Release program will ensure that the current stray animal population CANNOT have new babies to fill the streets.

The normal streets are ones without strays, pets belong with you inside your home. Therefore it's important to stop their continues reproducing.

If the government sees a large number of people in Kuwait, maybe in hundreds of thousands supporting such an initiative, they might consider funding K'S PATH who already has the knowledge and ability to implement such a program.

Sign this if you agree, and if you don't please write down why not in the comments!

Thank you so much!
