Devin Harris for multiple years has been known to sell puppies who are severely ill and severely injured. He's has his customers who purchase puppies from him sign NDA forms that they may not tell people that they received their dogs from him. The dogs are living in filth crates in basements and garages. Devin Harris of Great Dane of the Ozark and Madisonn Calhoun his "business partner" who also runs Northern Soul Great Dane need to be immediately investigated for animal cruelty. Devin Harris also currently has my 7 month old puppy Lucille in his custody right now. He disputed the payments he made for her through his bank and got his money back. So now this man has his money back AND my dog. My dogs paperwork was never signed over to him therefore at this point the dog is considered stolen. Please sign this petition so that these disgusting human beings can be held accountable for their actions. No animals deserve to be treated this way. I will not stop until i get my dog back and they have their animals taken away from them.
