Our laws against animal cruelty are way to lenient and also insulting. A 16 yo teen in Bremerton, WA was recently arrested for the most horrific henious act of torture against a cat. Details are too disturbing to repeat. It has come to my attention that this evil teen will be charged as a juvenile meaning he will not serve any real time. The act he committed is also one of the signs of a future serial killer. Is this someone we want loose on the streets? I guarantee the criminal justice system will regret this in the future that they did not take this seriously. This teen knows right from wrong and needs to pay.
