I want to stop Florida Conservation and Wildlife Commission to stop granting permits to kill 320 black bears in October of this year. This has not been done in twenty (20) years, so why now?  The hunters are strictly "TROPHY HUNTERS" who will use these bears for rugs or the heads for a wall ornament.  I feel this is a heinous act and pernicious to these beautiful creatures that do not deserve this treatment.  Also, what is the difference with the "trophy hunters" and Dr. Walter Palmer who killed the beloved "Cecil" the lion and this?  I will tell you that the only difference is that it is a bear not a lion.  It is still as deplorable to do this as it was to kill Cecil.  How will this affect me, my family and the community? It makes the State of Florida, one of the worst states in the country and I should know because I am a native Floridian waiting to get the hell out of this wretched state!!!
