There is a huge debate in the country about banning cow slaughter and eating beef. Yet, no one is talking about the unfortunate fact that the milk giving cows are allowed to roam free and forage for food at dustbins. In the process, these cows not only ingest plastic and other inedible material which often causes their death, surely affects the quality of milk but are also a public nuisance blocking roads and dirtying the surroundings. The owners of the cows must be stopped from setting their cows free and be made responsible for providing them nutritious feed.If we really consider cows to be sacred then our first duty is to take care of them and ensure their well being.
