These days animal cruelty has been a big problem. While many companies have stopped testing on animals, others have not. Many people say we eat animals but it is not the same and here are a couple reasons why. Animals farmed for food/meat die immediately without suffering. On the other hand, animals being tested have to go through all the pain of being tested until they run out of parts to test.

People think that only rabbits are tested on in the cosmetic industry but it is much more than that. The most common animals that are tested on are rabbits, mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, monkeys, cats, and even dogs! Some exotic animals even are taken in to be tested on. 

One very good example of the process animals go through after being tested is the film "Save Ralph". This has become a very popular film all over the internet as it very sad. Ralph explains that he is a tester rabbit and he is blind in the right eye after a serum was inserted in his eye. A sad reality is that he says "humans are far more superior than us animals. They have even gone to space..and I'm no space bunny" Which we are superior but it is better to use it for good than to use it for bad. Animal testing is unnecessary and cruel! 

Different ways to help companies stop animal testing is to not buy products that are tested! Companies realize that their sales are going down and will stop. Just checking if a product is tested can help save many animals.
