People need to be educated on how to look after there pets the cruelty the in Ireland and in my city of limerick, with horses and dogs been killed and neglected, plus our wildlife is been killed off too, there no animal welfare law in this country and people are getting away with thourcher and neglect, please can you help I can't take any more of this vile and evil ways here,
