Please sign this petition to end animal cruelty and abuse of stray animals in Albania. These innocent animals are not being properly cared for and often times are killed in the hands of the Albanian government. 

Individuals who abuse these animals are not held accountable and do not face legal consequences. It is time we finally MAKE A CHANGE !!!

In September 2020, a gentleman was seen dragging a dog with his vehicle until the dog died and was only FINED with a violation!!!
